We will shortly be looking for a Mortgage Progressor/Administrator to join our team at Bristol Mortgages Online, based at our offices at Henleaze House, Henleaze, Bristol.

This is a key appointment for us and in order to get the best person for the job, we are prepared to be flexible regarding working hours and salary.

This role is fundamental in offering our clients whose mortgages we are progressing a First-Class Service. The other aspect is to provide excellent back up to our team of busy Mortgage Advisers.

Essential Skills

·To be presentable and well spoken

·Good written and oral communication skills.

·Excellent methodical and organisational skills.

·Excellent Computer/IT literacy.

·Accurate with good attention to detail.

·Excellent telephone and customer facing skills

·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills

·Previous experience in the Mortgage sector

·CeMap qualified or willing to train at own expense.

·Knowledge of mortgage related software such as MortgageKeeper.
