Tallulah supports a local Bristol Charity by volunteering.

Here at Bristol, Bath and Exeter Mortgages Online we are very keen to support charities. The National charity that we support is Ataxia UK, www.ataxia.org.uk and on a local basis we support The Brightwell, www.thebrightwell.org.uk

However, despite having to live with her own chronic health condition, Tallulah Clark, Phil’s daughter and PA has been volunteering for the past six months with the Bristol Refugee Rights Charity.

Tallulah explains what the charity does

“At Bristol Refugee Rights, they envision a society where refugees, people seeking asylum and migrants are welcomed, feel safe, live free of poverty and are able to positively build their lives. A society where everyone’s rights and entitlements are respected. A society that prioritises care, compassion and support for the most vulnerable.

“BRR is a service delivery organisation but also works to achieve systemic change. They offer service users holistic support and high-level asylum and entitlements advice, as well as community and compassion. While they are not a law-based organisation, they do advocate on behalf of our members to the Home Office, council, NHS, lawyers and other organisations in order to make sure they are receiving the right amount of care, support and entitlements.”

Tallulah enthused that everyone at BRR made her most welcome and she was so impressed by the team’s dedication and hard work.
