Who is eligible?

  • NHS staff, including doctors, nurses and clinical support workers.
  • Ambulance drivers and paramedics.
  • Firefighters are those employed in the fire service.
  • Teachers and those employed in the education sector.

 

What is the criteria?

  • Applicants must have a job offer letter, for a new starter.
  • All applicants will need proof of income, salary slips are acceptable.
  • Certain lenders will accept proof of bank and agency earnings.
  • Usual affordability checks will apply.
