The Company: We are a small but very successful Independent Mortgage Broker. We have 3 offices based in Bristol, Bath and Exeter. Our Head Office is based at Henleaze House. There are 4 Mortgage Advisers and a Senior Administrator/Office Manager, as well as other members of the team working remotely.

We are a friendly, hardworking team and the appointed person will be working closely with our Managing Director, Phillip Clark.

We are looking for the right person to come and join us to support the existing team and provide an excellent client-focused service.

Role: Mortgage Administrator/Progressor

P osition: Permanent

Hours: Full-time or part-time subject to applicant

Location: Henleaze House, Harbury Road, Bristol BS9 4PN

Remuneration: Competitive Salary subject to experience and hours.

Start date: Immediate

Essential skills:


  • At least two years’ experience in Mortgage Administration/progressing.
  • Working knowledge of E-Keeper/Mortgage Keeper Software.
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Able to work in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Desirable skills:


  • An understanding of client Fact-find documents.
  • A basic understanding of taxation documentation
  • A basic understanding of simple accounts.
