We would easily recommend Philip and his team to anyone looking to secure a mortgage. Philip has helped us through very difficult circumstances, for about a year, until we were finally able to exchange on our dream home. He's been incredible useful as an advisor, but also helpful in other aspects of the transaction - we are first time buyers and went into this all pretty blind, and so Philip has helped us get a solicitor, surveyor, insurance, and just provided general and practical advice above and beyond what was in the remit of a mortgage advisor. He's also secured us better rates when they came up, and was always happy to speak to us, even on the weekends, and made international phone calls to help get our deposit signed off. We were really happy with the service that we got from Bristol Mortgages Online, and couldn't recommend them enough. We are so excited to be completing the sale on Monday!
